Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do on Ecom10x.

Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")

1. Principle

Ecom10x must be used lawfully, honestly, and without harming the Service, other customers, Marketplaces, or end-buyers.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Unlawful & harmful use

  • Using the Service in violation of Indian law, including the IT Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023.
  • Selling, listing or facilitating prohibited, counterfeit or infringing goods.
  • Uploading malicious code or content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.

Security violations

  • Unauthorised access attempts, probing, or scanning outside the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
  • Circumventing authentication, tenant isolation, roles/permissions, or rate limits.
  • Credential sharing across organisations, or use of another user's session.

API & platform abuse

  • Scraping, bulk-harvesting, or benchmarking-for-competitors using the Service.
  • Circumventing Marketplace terms via Ecom10x — including manipulating reviews, rankings or buyer communications in ways the Marketplace prohibits.
  • Reselling raw Marketplace Data contrary to source-marketplace terms.
  • Excessive automated load intended to degrade the Service.

Deceptive practices

  • Misrepresenting identity, GST status, or authorisation to connect a seller account you do not control or manage with permission.
  • Using Ecom10x outputs to make false claims to buyers, marketplaces, or authorities.

3. Buyer Data

Buyer personal data appearing in orders may be used only for fulfilling and servicing those orders and related compliance — never for building marketing lists or off-platform outreach in breach of Marketplace policies or law.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination per the Account Suspension & Termination Policy; unlawful activity may be reported to authorities. We may remove content that violates this Policy.

5. Reporting Abuse

Report suspected abuse to [SUPPORT_EMAIL — e.g., support@ecom10x.in] (or [SECURITY_EMAIL — e.g., security@ecom10x.in] for security abuse).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
