Grievance Process
- Email the Grievance Officer with your registered email, a description of the grievance, and any reference IDs.
- Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receipt.
- Investigation and written resolution within the timelines prescribed under applicable law (and in any case targeted within 15 days for most grievances).
- If unsatisfied, you may escalate as permitted by law, including (for personal-data matters) to the Data Protection Board of India once operational procedures apply.
Business Hours
Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays. Security incident reports are monitored beyond business hours on a best-effort basis.
