Grievance Process

  1. Email the Grievance Officer with your registered email, a description of the grievance, and any reference IDs.
  2. Acknowledgement within 48 hours of receipt.
  3. Investigation and written resolution within the timelines prescribed under applicable law (and in any case targeted within 15 days for most grievances).
  4. If unsatisfied, you may escalate as permitted by law, including (for personal-data matters) to the Data Protection Board of India once operational procedures apply.

Business Hours

Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays. Security incident reports are monitored beyond business hours on a best-effort basis.
