1. Purpose

This Statement records Ecom10x's compliance position as of the effective date above. We state only what is true today; roadmap items are labelled as such.

2. Legal Compliance — India

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (and rules thereunder): we implement reasonable security practices and procedures appropriate to the information we protect, maintain intermediary due-diligence where applicable, and honour lawful orders.
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: our notice, consent, purpose-limitation, data-minimisation, security-safeguard, breach-notification, retention and grievance mechanisms are designed to the Act's requirements, as detailed in the Privacy Policy, User Consent Policy, Data Retention/Deletion Policies and the DPA. We will conform to final rules and timelines as they are notified.
  • CERT-In Directions: incident categories are reported within mandated timelines; relevant logs are retained per the Data Retention Policy.
  • GST and LLP law: invoicing and record retention follow applicable requirements (LLPIN: [LLP_IDENTIFICATION_NUMBER]; GSTIN: [COMPANY_GSTIN]).

3. Marketplace Programme Compliance

  • Amazon SP-API: integration designed to the Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, including restricted buyer-PII handling, mandated deletion on revocation, secure credential storage and no password collection.
  • Flipkart Seller API: usage within Flipkart's Seller API terms, official credential flows and rate limits.
  • Meesho: officially supported seller data mechanisms only; no credential-based automation of seller panels.

4. Certifications — Current Position

We do not currently hold third-party certifications (such as ISO/IEC 27001 or SOC 2). We do not claim them anywhere. Our practices are described factually in the Security Policy and Enterprise Security Overview. Independent assessments are on our roadmap; any future attestation will be published on the Trust Center only after it is actually obtained.

5. Consumer Protection Principles

Although Ecom10x is a B2B service, we apply consumer-protection principles where relevant: transparent pricing, no dark patterns in consent or cancellation, a functioning grievance mechanism, and truthful marketing.

6. Review

This Statement is reviewed at least annually (next: [NEXT_REVIEW_DATE — e.g., 1 February 2027]) and upon material regulatory or product change.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
