Data Export Policy
Your right to take your data out — formats, scope and timelines.

1. Commitment
Your data belongs to you. Ecom10x provides self-service export of Customer Data throughout the life of your account and for 30 days after termination.
2. What You Can Export
- Orders, returns, shipments, and settlement data (CSV/Excel).
- Product, listing and inventory data (CSV/Excel).
- Analytics outputs, reconciliation results, and generated reports (Excel/PDF where applicable, e.g., GST register workbooks and label/picklist PDFs).
- Account metadata (team members, roles, connected-account list) on request.
Security tokens (OAuth/access/refresh tokens) are never exportable, by design.
3. How
In-product download buttons cover the main datasets. For bulk or account-wide exports, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL — e.g., support@ecom10x.in] from the registered owner/admin email; we deliver within 7 business days via secure link.
4. Post-Termination Window
After account termination you have 30 days to complete exports, after which deletion proceeds under the Data Deletion Policy.
5. Format and Integrity
Exports use open, machine-readable formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF for documents). We do not alter figures on export; exported values match what the Platform displays at export time.
6. Limits
Exports may be rate-limited to protect Service stability, and exclude data we are prohibited from returning by law or by binding Marketplace policy.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
