Moving your data to another provider without lock-in.

1. No Lock-In
Ecom10x is designed to avoid data lock-in. You may take your data to any other system at any time using the mechanisms in the Data Export Policy.
2. Portable Formats
We export in widely supported, structured formats (CSV/XLSX) with human-readable column headers matching marketplace terminology (order IDs, SKUs, settlement components), so imports into other tools or spreadsheets are straightforward.
3. Direct Transfers
Where technically feasible and requested in writing by the account owner, we can deliver a full structured export to you or, at your direction, to another service provider via secure transfer. We do not charge for reasonable portability requests; extraordinary requests (repeated full-history exports) may attract a reasonable, pre-quoted charge.
4. What Does Not Port
- Marketplace tokens (security-sensitive; reconnect at the destination via the Marketplace's own OAuth flow).
- Our proprietary scoring logic, models and software (the outputs — your scores and reports — do port).

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
