Intellectual Property Policy
Who owns what — the platform, your data, and the outputs.

1. Our IP
EcomSarthi owns all right, title and interest in the Ecom10x platform: software, source code, architecture, user interface, design system, documentation, scoring and detection logic, templates, and the Ecom10x name and branding. No rights are granted except the limited licence in the Terms. You must not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer (except as law permits), or remove proprietary notices from the Platform.
2. Your IP
You retain all rights in Customer Data — your business information, uploaded files, product content, and Marketplace Data retrieved for you. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the Service (Terms §8).
3. Outputs
Reports, analytics, exports, labels, picklists, GST registers and similar outputs generated from your data for you are yours to use freely in your business. The underlying software and report formats remain ours.
4. Feedback
Suggestions and feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us to improve the Service without obligation or attribution; we acquire no rights in your Confidential Information through feedback.
5. Aggregated Learnings
We may create and own aggregated, de-identified statistics (e.g., anonymised category benchmarks with a minimum aggregation threshold) that do not identify you or any individual.
6. Third-Party IP
Marketplace marks belong to their owners (Trademark Usage Policy). Open-source components in the Platform are used under their respective licences.
7. Infringement Claims

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
