Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE — e.g., 1 August 2026] · Version: [VERSION — e.g., 1.0] · Next Review: [NEXT_REVIEW_DATE — e.g., 1 February 2027]

What data does Ecom10x collect about my business?

Account details (name, email, phone, business and GST details, seller IDs), marketplace tokens issued via official authorisation, the marketplace business data you connect or upload (orders, inventory, listings, shipments, returns, settlements), and technical data (device, browser, IP, usage, security and audit logs, cookies). Full detail: Privacy Policy §3.

Do you sell my data or share it with competitors?

No. We never sell personal data, and one customer's data is never used for another customer's benefit. Only anonymised aggregates (with a minimum number of accounts) power benchmarks.

Who is the "Data Fiduciary" for what?

For your account data — we are. For personal data inside your marketplace records (e.g., buyer addresses) — you are, and we process it on your instructions under the DPA.

Can I see or correct my data?

Yes. Most data is directly visible and editable in the Platform; anything else, write to [PRIVACY_EMAIL — e.g., privacy@ecom10x.in]. DPDP rights (access, correction, erasure, nomination, grievance) are honoured within legal timelines.

What happens when I disconnect a marketplace?

Sync stops immediately; tokens are deleted within 24 hours; previously synced business records stay available to you unless you also ask us to delete them. Details: Data Deletion Policy.

What happens when I close my account?

You get a 30-day export window, then deletion from production within 30 days and from backups within the 90-day rotation — except narrow records law requires us to keep (invoices, tax records).

Where is my data stored?

On managed cloud infrastructure listed in the Subprocessor Policy (primary database region: AWS Mumbai as configured). Cross-border processing occurs only as the DPDP framework permits.

Do you use my data to train AI?

No. See the AI Usage Policy — AI features are optional, minimal-data, and configured against provider-side training where the option exists.

How do I complain?

Grievance Officer: [GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME], [GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_EMAIL — e.g., grievance@ecom10x.in]. Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
