Seller Responsibilities

What remains the seller's own responsibility when using Ecom10x.

Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE — e.g., 1 August 2026] · Version: [VERSION — e.g., 1.0] · Next Review: [NEXT_REVIEW_DATE — e.g., 1 February 2027]

1. Your Marketplace Relationship

Ecom10x is a management layer. Your seller accounts, listings, orders and payouts remain governed by your agreements with each Marketplace. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining seller accounts in good standing and complying with each Marketplace's seller agreement and policies;
  • the accuracy and legality of your listings, prices, claims and product compliance (labelling, safety, legal metrology);
  • fulfilment performance — dispatching on time, packaging adequately, and servicing returns — even when Ecom10x surfaces SLAs and pipelines to help;
  • your tax compliance, including GST registration, correct GST rates on products, invoicing, and filings. Ecom10x's GST outputs are filing-ready data, not tax advice — verify with your CA before filing.

2. Data You Bring

You are responsible for: (a) the accuracy of files you upload; (b) having the right to upload them; (c) lawful handling of buyer personal data contained in them (used only for fulfilment and servicing); and (d) maintaining COGS and cost inputs — profit analytics are only as accurate as the costs you enter.

3. Decisions Are Yours

Suggestions, audits, verdicts (e.g., "hero SKU", "loss-making", ROAS assessments) and recovery-case detections are decision-support based on available data. You decide whether to reprice, delist, file claims, scale ads, or change couriers, and you bear the commercial outcomes of those decisions.

4. Claims & Recovery

Recovery cases are detected candidates with drafted claim text. Filing claims with a Marketplace, the truth of statements made, and the evidence submitted are your responsibility. Never file a claim you know to be inaccurate.

5. Team Hygiene

Assign least-privilege roles, keep your member list current, and remove access for departing staff immediately.

6. Notify Us

Tell us promptly about suspected account compromise ([SECURITY_EMAIL — e.g., security@ecom10x.in]) and about Marketplace-side changes to your account that affect integrations (e.g., seller ID changes, revoked authorisations).
