Trademark Usage Policy
Use of the Ecom10x marks, and how we use marketplace marks.

1. Our Marks
"Ecom10x", the Ecom10x logo, and "One Dashboard. Every Marketplace." (the "Marks") identify EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP's products. All goodwill in the Marks belongs to us.
2. Permitted Use Without Separate Licence
You may: (a) refer to Ecom10x by name in truthful, non-misleading statements ("We manage our marketplaces with Ecom10x"); (b) display the unmodified Ecom10x name in reviews, comparisons, tutorials and press with proper attribution; (c) agencies on plans that include client reporting may use the generated, branded report outputs as produced by the Platform.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission you may not: use the Marks in your product name, company name, domain, app name or logo; modify, abbreviate or combine the Marks; use them to imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement; use them on merchandise; or register anything confusingly similar anywhere.
4. Marketplace Marks — Our Practice and Yours
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, WooCommerce, ONDC, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, Blinkit and all other marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Ecom10x uses them solely nominatively — to identify which marketplace an integration or data set belongs to — without claiming affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and consistent with each owner's brand guidelines. You must do the same in your use of the Platform and its outputs.
5. Quality & Revocation
Any permitted use must meet reasonable quality standards and cease promptly on written request. Improper use of the Marks may be treated as infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this document shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be [JURISDICTION_CITY — e.g., New Delhi], India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
