Marketplace Integration Policy
How Ecom10x integrates with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and future marketplaces.
Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")

1. Official Methods Only
Ecom10x integrates with Marketplaces exclusively through official, marketplace-sanctioned methods:
- Amazon.in — Selling Partner API (SP-API): authorisation via Login with Amazon OAuth on Amazon's own consent screen; scoped access to orders, inventory, listings, shipments, returns and settlement reports; adherence to Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, including restricted handling of buyer PII.
- Flipkart — Seller API: authorisation via Flipkart's official application credentials/authorisation flow; order lifecycle (fetch, approve, label, ready-to-dispatch, manifest), listings, stock, and settlement data per Flipkart's Seller API terms.
- Meesho: integration through Meesho's officially supported seller data mechanisms — including official seller-panel report files (orders, returns, payments) uploaded by the seller and any official API access Meesho provides. We do not perform credential-based browser automation of seller panels, as it violates marketplace expectations and risks seller accounts.
- Future marketplaces (Shopify, WooCommerce, ONDC, Myntra, Ajio, JioMart, Blinkit, etc.): will follow the same standard — official APIs/OAuth or officially provided data exports only.
We never request, collect, or store Marketplace passwords.
2. User Authorisation & Disconnect
Connection requires the Customer's explicit action and consent per the User Consent Policy. Customers can disconnect any Marketplace at any time in Settings; tokens are deleted within 24 hours and syncing stops immediately (see Data Deletion Policy). Customers may also revoke authorisation from the Marketplace's own console; we treat detected revocation as a disconnect.
3. Data Handling per Marketplace Policy
Marketplace developer policies bind our handling of their data. In particular: buyer PII is used solely for order fulfilment and servicing; marketplace-mandated retention limits override our defaults (Data Retention Policy §3); and data classes a Marketplace requires us to delete on revocation are deleted within its prescribed timelines.
4. Marketplace Branding
Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and all other marketplace names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners, used solely to identify the integration. Ecom10x claims no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement (see Trademark Usage Policy).
5. Rate Limits & Fair Use
We respect each Marketplace's published rate limits, quotas and back-off signals. Sync frequency may adjust automatically to stay within them; this is normal operation, not a defect.
6. Changes & Deprecations
Marketplaces may change APIs, scopes, quotas or policies. We monitor announcements and adapt; features may be modified where a Marketplace withdraws capability. Material impacts are communicated to affected customers.
7. Suspension of an Integration
We may suspend a specific integration if required by the Marketplace, by law, or to protect customers (e.g., a compromised upstream). Customer data already synced remains available per the Data Retention Policy.
