Third Party Services Policy

How third-party tools connected to Ecom10x are governed.

Company: EcomSarthi Business Solutions LLP ("EcomSarthi", "we", "us", "our")
Product: Ecom10x — One Dashboard. Every Marketplace. (the "Platform" or "Service")
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE_DATE — e.g., 1 August 2026] · Version: [VERSION — e.g., 1.0] · Next Review: [NEXT_REVIEW_DATE — e.g., 1 February 2027]

1. Categories of Third-Party Services

a) Marketplaces you connect (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and future marketplaces) — governed by the Marketplace Integration Policy and each marketplace's own terms.

b) Our subprocessors (hosting, database, email, messaging, payments, AI) — engaged by us to run the Service; listed and governed under the Subprocessor Policy.

c) Optional customer-enabled integrations (e.g., WhatsApp Business messaging, payment gateways for your billing, AI assistance) — activated only by your choice, using credentials you supply on the Integrations screen.

2. Your Relationship with Third Parties

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply between you and them. Enabling an integration constitutes your instruction to exchange the necessary data with that service. We are not responsible for third-party acts, omissions, pricing or availability, though we choose defaults responsibly and pass only the data the integration needs.

3. Credentials You Provide

Third-party credentials you save in Ecom10x (e.g., WhatsApp Cloud API tokens, payment gateway keys) are stored encrypted, masked in the UI, used only for the integration's stated purpose, and deleted when you remove the integration.

4. Data Sent to Third Parties

Each integration's card on the Integrations screen states what it is for and where it wires into the Service. We do not send Customer Data to third parties beyond what the enabled integration requires.

5. Removal

You may disable any customer-enabled integration at any time; outbound data flow to it stops immediately and its stored credentials are deleted.

6. No Endorsement

Availability of an integration is not an endorsement of the third party. Evaluate their terms independently.
